How do I place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart button". Then click on "continue to pay" or "checkout" to pay. Enter your details and follow the steps. Only when you click on the "confirm order" button your order is confirmed.

Can I have my order delivered on another address? (gift tip)

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process when you entering your personal data, you can add a different delivery address to us. The invoice will be sent to the specified email address. The delivery will include a packing slip without a price.

Do I receive a message when I have placed an order?

You will receive an order confirmation. If you have paid directly, you will receive the invoice directly.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you want to change or cancel an order, we advise you to contact our customer service.

Can I order a product which is not (anymore) on our website?

If you want to order something that is not (anymore) on our website. We advise you to contact our customer service.

Can I place a custom order?

Of course it can, please contact our customer service. Keep in mind that the delivery of these products will be longer and that the products which are custom made cannot be returned.

Can I order a product if I am living abroad?

Yes you can, we deliver directly to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain and the United Kingdom. For orders to this countries the delivery charge will be shown during the ordering process and if you are already logged in you will see this immediately. It is also possible to order products for other countries, please, in this case, contact our customer service.
